SMS and Mobile Messaging
Lifetrans may offer voluntary SMS communications related to our non-emergency medical transportation services. Opting in is not a condition of receiving service.
No mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. To opt out at any time, reply STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. A final confirmation will be sent upon opt-out; no further messages will follow. To re-enroll, reply START or contact us directly.
When We Share Your Information
We do not sell your Personal Information. We may share it only in these circumstances:
• With service providers (hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support) who are contractually bound to use your data only on our behalf.
• With subsidiaries, affiliates, and third-party payment facilitators.

No internet transmission is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by applicable law.

Children Under 13
The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been submitted, we will delete it promptly. Contact info@lifetrans.org to report concerns.

This Privacy Notice does not apply to third-party websites linked to or from our Site. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies directly.
Do Not Track
The Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals.
Your Choices
You may decline to provide Personal Information, though some Site features may be unavailable as a result. To request that we stop sharing your previously submitted information with third parties, contact us in writing at info@lifetrans.org. To opt out of SMS communications, reply STOP to any message we send.
